Why am i scared to say love you?

Every tangled word sits burning on my tongue.
this unexplainable feeling of love that is so young.

i know it should be easy saying how i feel.
will you hear me and know what i say is real?

fear grasping me and choking all the words away.
in my head and in my heart the phrase will forever stay.
